We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this property. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for 2 people. The bed, in particular, provided an excellent night’s sleep. We look forward to returning to the area in the future and would gladly stay here again.The host was professional, responsive, and readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay, which was greatly appreciated.This property is also well-suited for guests traveling with a boat. There are exterior electrical outlets available for charging boat batteries, along with convenient space beside the building for boat and trailer parking.For nearby dining, we visited the Octopus Beer Garden for drinks and appetizers and had a very positive experience. We would certainly recommend it to other guests visiting the area. It was very busy place. So, you may want to arrive before the weekend dinner crowd to avoid the wait and get a nice table on the deck outside. One minor consideration is that the apartment’s air conditioning unit is somewhat loud while operating, although it cools the space very effectively. My husband is hard of hearing, so it occasionally made watching television a bit difficult without increasing the volume more than we were comfortable with out of consideration for neighboring guests.Overall, we had an excellent experience and would confidently recommend this property to future travelers.

We had stayed in the property last year during the holidays too. Both stays were excellent the location is very close to f our family and every kind of shopping you would need.The complex is small so not much traffic and it is very quiet there. We always choose a second floor apartment and never hear any noise from the others around us

This is a nice place, I liked it. Still some room for improvement - The AC was very loud, and didn't do much on hot days. Bed sheets appeared dirty or stained when we first arrived, but management was quick to fix. And for the record, it wasn't ME who watered down all the soap containers (previous renter?) Other'n that, it was a good comfortable place for us.
