Great place, and you can't beat the location if you're heading to Dreams Park. It's a fantastic two-bedroom house with nice bathrooms, and it was spotless throughout. The fire pit and basketball hoop were awesome perks to have, too. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Home Base 1 in Cooperstown! The hosts were fantastic—they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always accessible whenever we had questions. That level of kindness, thoughtfulness, and trustworthiness is rare. They genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience and took great pride in both their property and their guests. They were personable, responsive, and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. We can't say enough great things about them!
The proximity to Dreams Park was a huge advantage, especially during the rain delays. Being so close made it easy to head back to the house and wait comfortably before returning to the games.
The home was exceptionally clean and the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better place while visiting Cooperstown. We highly recommend At Home Base 1 and would absolutely stay here again!

It was cute and perfect size for me, my husband and parents - pleasantly surprised and we we're spoiled with how close we were to the fields.

From then cleanliness to the close proximity to Dreams Park to the beautiful property…this is the place to stay. Check in was seamless thanks to great communication from the owners. We could not have asked for a better “home base” for this week!
