About this house rental
Escape to our beachside retreat! Just steps from the safe Tapeka Beach. Explore Russell's shops and eateries. Enjoy hotel-quality linen, large TV, unlimited fibre, a fully equipped kitchen and aircon/heating. Flat lawn for cricket or boat parking, internal access garage and a laundry. The house sleeps 4-6 adults and 2 kids in 3 bedrooms, 2 Queens and a small room with bunk beds, there is also a double sofa bed. Free parking. Books, games & wine on arrival. It's the perfect getaway!
The space
Welcome to our beach escape! Our house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and the convenience of an separate laundry, with a dryer. Relax on the deck overlooking the lawn, complete with a dining table and comfortable seating for eight. Stay connected with unlimited fibre WiFi and comfortable with heat pumps / air con in the master bedroom and living area. Embrace the water activities as you kayak, paddleboard, and swim at Tapeka Beach. There are boogie boards in the garage and a nearby boat ramp. Enjoy fresh air while keeping insects out, thanks to our insect screens. Explore Jim's walkway and the Tapeka Point Pa site for scenic views. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the house features a double sofa bed, two queen beds, and a kids bunk room. Child safety is a priority with a tall gate on the deck and stair gate. Our house has solar panels which provide some of the power, so you can minimise your carbon foot print. Please note, we have a no parties policy. Our house is in a Kiwi zone, and we provide red light torches so you can go and look for them.

Parking is easy and the house has an internal access garage for you to use.
Other things to note
The internal access garage has a 15 amp socket, suitable for you to charge an electric vehicle. Bring your own Netflix and streaming accounts to use on the smart TV. Please note that our WFH space is the dining room table.
