The condo is located at Sabine Yacht Club. Entry is completely keyless- no check-in at a desk. On the day of arrival, codes are given. The ground floor houses the fitness center and laundry room (25 cent machines). Beyond that is the outdoor pool and Sound access with boat launch. Guests have access to these amenities and can park water vehicles on trailers on the property.
The Neighborhood:
The property is just a short drive down Fort Pickens. The views are just as spectacular and are absolutely serene. You can see lights at night, instead of the darkness of the ocean.
Sabine is 0.9 miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping and restaurants. Why not take advantage of the tennis courts or outside grilling/lounge area on the property while you’re there? There is also a boat launch! Put your sea vessel in the Bay and anchor or park your trailer, making this rental the best for all our Sea Captains!

STUNNING VIEWS throughout the entire condo! Pictures do not do this place justice, the view is amazing. The hosts thought of so many little things that I haven’t experienced else where and it was so nice! We went to the grocery store, and the kitchen had whatever pot/utensil needed for a variety of meals. Also BIG PROPS for plasticware as a mom of kiddos! The king bedroom had a nice box fan, and the beds were so comfortable it made me sad to go back home to mine. Would stay here again!

The unit was great. Clean. Had just enough towels for 6 of us girls. The deck/view was GORGEOUS. Views from every room. Getting to the beach was a little bit of a walk or a short drive. So not too inconvenient. The beach was not crowded at all where we went down towards the peg leg Pete’s direction. There is a board walk right there. There were also PLENTY of nice beach chairs in the unit for those of us that didn’t bring any. The blender did not work in the kitchen. But other than that, the place was perfect. Would def stay again hands down! It’s Also walking distance to the sand shaker!
