This darling property is private and steps to everything in Gloucester. We own both upstairs and downstairs units. The VRBO is Unit 1 on the main floor with its own entrance and relaxing yard. Steps to restaurants and downtown activities. Blocks to the beach. Comfortable & clean, AC throughout, with relaxing beach decor.

Great stay. The place was clean, cute, comfortable (awesome beds!), well located and had solid amenities. Check in was easy and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We rented this place because we were in town for a wedding. It was so conveniently located. Everything was less than 5 minutes away. And, just walking distance away, there's a Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens for coffee and anything you may have forgotten.The decor is wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could've ever needed. Communication from Jo Ann was thorough and easy.If you're staying in Gloucester, I highly recommend this place!

One of our best rental experiences ever! The place is huge and has absolutely everything we needed. The most will appointed kitchen with every appliance and cooking implement we could need. Parking was very easy and we never had trouble getting a space. Easy walk to downtownn businesses and restaurants. We walked all the way out State Fort Park on our first day. Communication with the host was very good. Keyless entry was great. We had a little trouble figuring out the climate control. Find the binder and read the instructions! We were trying to figure it out on our own. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of drawer and closet space. I highly recommend this property.
