About this house rental
Housed in a modern home, built in 2015, the 810 square foot, second level guest suite offers an open living area, kitchenette, and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a rain head. The entire space is bright, comfortable, and very clean. Conveniently located one block from the Via Rail Station. A comfortable walk to downtown theatres, restaurants and shops. Two bedrooms . PLEASE NOTE city of Stratford tax of 4% as of July 1 2023

The place was ok, not a whole/entire house as advertised. Check in was a little confusing too. The place could do with some small but significant upgrades like a dishwashwer, proper cutting board (wood preferably), and some cooking oil/spray along with some other basic home essentials.
Overall the stay was fine. Also, heating is controlled through the main house, so need to message the host to get it turned up/down, which was annoying.
