We really enjoyed our stay at Simply Squared! Audrey was very responsive and a great host. It’s a really cozy space with great amenities, especially the hot tub. I highly recommend it!

The house was in great condition. Very quick and easy drive to downtown. And the hot tub with the outdoor lights was a highlight of our trip

4 Steps to front door have treads but you can’t see them, and there isn’t a handrail, so as an elderly person I held on to the porch rail ( and it was very wobbly-unsafe).The wood on the front deck feels spongy in places, also a safety issue. Roaches crawling in kitchen, despite roach bait boxes in several cabinets.Only 2 towels in BR closet (later found towels in dryer).No kitchen towel for drying dishes.Top of refrigerator greasy/dirty.Only a partial roll of paper towels in kitchen - have not found any stored.Dishes on shelf - bits of dried food on two. Very few eating utensils.Not enough seating in living room for 4 people. A very quiet secluded street ( on a dead end)Beds are very low but were comfortable. Bedding clean and adequate, but did not find any extra pillowcases for the extra pillows in the closet. Fan in closet helped circulate air, otherwise the room was stuffy for sleeping. A ceiling fan would be better. The grass in the backyard is definitely in need of mowing.
