About this apartment rental
Fabulous white sandy beachfront condo, newly remodeled. Hardwood flooring throughout, one bedroom, one bath. Completely unobstructed views of the beach. Centrally located from World Famous John's Pass. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your living room with the water just feet away. This condo is walking distance to fine dining, steak houses, seafood fresh caught local grouper, snapper, Tiki bars, groceries, post office, and shopping. One assigned covered parking spot with visitor spots. All the comforts of home, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Starter toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, towels, linens. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, spices, coffee bar with K-cups, drip coffee maker, tea, cream and sugar, air fryer, in drawer microwave, in unit washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, one case of bottled water and so much more! (Due to the recent hurricanes the pool is under construction.)

This place is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean, well appointed- there were snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived… kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Communication with Dennis was easy and he checked in on us to make sure all was well. Bed was super comfortable. You fall asleep listening to the waves every night. Giant big screen tvs in the living room and bedroom. We were having so much fun we stayed an extra night. One of our best beach stays ever. We will definitely return. Thank you Dennis!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! The location is unbeatable, but the highlight was the amazing host, who was very responsive and attentive. Everything was spotless, and the amenities made it feel like home. Will certainly stay here again!"

Place was beautiful, just like the pictures. Amazing ocean front view. It was super clean and check in was a breeze. Dennis is great to work with and cares about his customers experience. We would definitely book this condo again Thanks Dennis!
