The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood off of the inter-coastal, on a dead end street, and only 1 mile to Lantana Beach offering amenities such as a ocean front restaurant and bar, public bathroom and showers, shallow water reef great for snorkeling, ice cream stand and souvenir shops. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance to the home, as well as tennis courts, shuffle board courts, and a children's playground. West Palm Beach is only a 15 minute drive away on Route 95, as well as several shopping plazas and malls. Area is perfect for renting bicycles and riding them to the beach, stores, and restaurants, and for those truly adventurous types there is a 10 mile bike trail around Lake Osborne only a short distance away. For those that like golfing there is a community golf club a short 15 minute drive away. If you want to see the homes of the rich and famous take a drive up A1A.

Taxi, Parking at rental property, Nearest Airport is the Palm Beach International Airport located only 15 minutes away by car. Follow I-95 South in West Palm to then take exit 60 to Hypoluxo Road in Lantana, Fl. Drive to Euclid Blvd. Lantana.
