Splash Resort Condominium on Panama City Beach is a luxury gulf-front condominium perfect for families.
The fun starts at the sky-walk entrance and continues with family-friendly features like the arcade and mini-bowling alley. Two unique, bi-level pools stretch across the entire ground level, looping, swirling splashing underneath you.
A second beach-view pool occupies one side while the other is a kid-ready water theme park complete with waterpark-like slides, waterfalls and bucket loads of even more water as well as a jacuzzi.
Our Unit is complete with granite countertops, high-end appliances and so much more.
This 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 guests perfectly. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen Tv, a closet, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a unique sink layout and a garden tub perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. Tucked off in the hallway is bunk beds perfect for the kiddos! The guest bathroom has a standard layout with a glass stand up shower. The living room has a sofa that doubles as a pullout bed, a lounge chair, a flat screen TV and access to your private balcony with beautiful view of the sandy beach. The kitchen is stocked with white appliances and has everything you may need to cook a great meal.
Look out over the emerald waters and the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax and enjoy our new upscale condominium! We have discounted our rates $100's off the on site management set prices! Splash, is a unique resort on the west end of Panama City Beach. The west end of the beach is much less congested with easy access to back beach road bypassing traffic. Splash is loaded with amenities the entire family will love, all overlooking the gulf. Toddlers can run through fountains on a padded surface (gated area.) Kids will love the Splash interactive water playground with a splash bucket and water toys. Don't forget the arcade and work out facility also with ceiling to floor view of the water.

While the condo is very spacious it’s not designed well for children. There are no rugs for slippery little feet. There are breakable in places that are easy to reach so it needed to be child proofed before entering. Which is a little weird considering it’s a kids resort. Check out time is a very inconvenient ttime with 21 floors and two elevators. At 10am everyone is heading to the beach and pool so you are stuck waiting on an empty elevator in order to get your cart and luggage back down. So you have to start the check process very early.so you have an extra 45 minutes to wait on that. Overall a great view. Beds are iffy but if you are tired enough it doesn’t really matter. But seriously. Get some rugs.

Everything was great. Loved splash resort. Room was exactly what we needed as a family of four. Awesome view. The only complaint I would address is all beds had sand in them prior to us laying in them. We just dealt with it because I'm sure we added a little sand as well! We also had trouble with the dishwasher not working but we just notified them when leaving. Otherwise we would definitely stay again!!

Great atmosphere especially all the employees there. Definitely try the coffee shop on lobby floor! The room was ok. The main room bed sunk in badly so definitely due for a new mattress. The kitchen could use more cooking utensils and supplies. The view was perfect and it accommodated our family.
