The Home

Spread across three levels, Hemraj Haven offers plenty of room for guests to enjoy time together while still having their own space.

The main level is the heart of the home, featuring a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The space flows naturally onto a generous outdoor verandah overlooking the Tamavua River and surrounding landscape—a lovely setting for morning coffee, family meals or simply relaxing and enjoying the views.

A convenient guest powder room is also located on this level.

The bedroom level features three large, comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, while the other two bedrooms each feature 2 Queen beds, making the home particularly well suited to larger families and groups travelling together.

With 1 King bed and 4 Queen beds, Hemraj Haven can comfortably accommodate up to 10 overnight guests.

A shared family bathroom services this level.

The lower level, which was formerly the home's maid's quarters, provides additional practical space and includes a small kitchenette and laundry area. This level opens directly onto the outdoor pool area, making it especially convenient for longer stays and families spending time around the pool.

The home is fully air-conditioned throughout, providing a comfortable retreat from Suva's tropical climate.

Private Pool & Outdoor Living

One of the highlights of Hemraj Haven is its private outdoor swimming pool. Combined with the verandah, river outlook and multiple levels of living space, the property offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.

Small Events & Gatherings

Hemraj Haven can also accommodate small private events and gatherings of up to 30 invited guests, subject to prior approval and an additional event fee.

This makes the property suitable for intimate occasions such as family celebrations, birthday gatherings, small dinners, bridal or baby showers and similar private functions.

All events must be disclosed and approved before booking, and additional conditions may apply regarding event times, noise, parking, cleaning and the use of the property. Parties or unapproved gatherings are not permitted.

Hemraj Haven is conveniently positioned within walking distance of Eden Restaurant, Kundan Singh Supermarket and several nearby eateries, making groceries and dining easily accessible.

Its Tamavua location provides a quieter residential setting while still offering convenient access to Suva City and the surrounding business, shopping and entertainment areas.
