House is practically brand new.HUGE rooms and awesome floor plan.Would definitely come back when in the Boise area.

The house is large and accommodated us all, however it was sterile and not very comfortable to sit around and visit. But what we were most put off by was that even though we paid a 225 cleaning fee one of the house rules requires guests to pick up crumbs, immediately, for fear of ants. It caused us to question how thoroughly the house is being cleaned between guests if a simple crumb is such a cause for concern.
