Clean mobile home located on the Oconto River walking distance to Chute Pond or fishing directly out the front door, direct access to UTV/ATV Dusty Trails system, rent for just the weekend or an entire week of vacation ,fully stock kitchen with everything needed for cooking , microwave coffee maker , gas grille , large screen porch for relaxing , TV , 2 bedroom 1 bath . The property was excellent! Home was very clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were outstanding! Todd and Jeanne were very friendly and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location, close to UTV trails, and the neighborhood was quiet. The firepit is right on the river and the sound of moving water was like white noise! We highly recommend and will stay here again!

It wa a very clean and homey space. It was welcoming, and warm. We loved staying there. We're very open to staying there again. The bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living spaces were all very clean. The beds were comfortable. We even had access to the grill- and loved grilling! We had to connect with Todd prior to arriving, and Todd was very responsive! All in all, what a wonderful place -- with a wonderful view of the Oconto River! We loved being there! Thank you!

Beautiful property. It was exactly as described. Very gracious and helpful hosts. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and more. Communication with everything from pre check in to check out was smooth. Great little spot on the river and minutes from 2 nice lakes.
