Welcome Home ! This fantastic home is ideally located in the beautiful community of Hampton Lakes in Davenport. We offer a great atmosphere boasting all the luxuries for a memorable vacation. Just 15 minutes from Disney, universal, sea world and golf courses. Relax & enjoy in your own private pool. Equipped with a kid & Adult friendly game room to keep the fun going. The Home's perfect location allows you to enjoy the best of what sunny Florida has to offer.
This entire home features:
One large Master suite with queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk- in shower and separate large bathtub.
One Guest Bedroom fully furnished with queen size bed.
One Twin Bedroom fully furnished featuring 2 twin beds mickey mouse themed. .
There is a beautiful full bathroom located in the hallway to share between the two guest bedrooms.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a oven/stove, dishwater, refrigerator, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, and all the crockery and cutlery are included for a full dining preparation package. Laundry right off the kitchen with washer and dryer for all you cleaning needs.
Dining Area has a beautiful six seat dining table for your family dining gatherings. Three additional seating at the breakfast bar attached to kitchen area.
Family Room is a comfortable furnished room and looks directly out onto the patio and pool area. It comprises of a leather sofa's, love seat, 50" TV with cable. Adult and children movies galore! Coffee table, end table and lamps.
Main living room is a beautiful spacious area with leather sofa's , coffee table and end tables. Various board games, puzzles, deck of playing cards and book for the whole family. There is a desk for all your writing and business affairs. Bookshelf with various books and magazines.
Game room entertainment where you will find a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, giant checker game, and basketball game setup.
Enhance your dream vacation by stepping outside to a large covered screened in patio where you can enjoy a day in the sun.
After a long day having fun you can cool down, relax and enjoy your own private screened in pool with spa. The pool deck has a safety gate to keep our youngest guests safe.
Free Wi-Fi internet, Cable TV, completely furnished including linens, towels, and climate control air conditioning to provide a comfortable home which is very well maintained.
There is a playground and tennis courts with in the gated community for your use.
The pool and home is cleaned weekly to ensure that the villa is very well maintained for our guest exceptional vacation experience.
All parts of the home are accessible except for one storage room area that is locked.

Our stay at this property was good. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the game room. The kitchen had everything that we needed though we didn't cook often as we were in town for Disney, Universal, and Kennedy Space Center. The drive wasn't bad to Disney Parks and the area is well populated, so groceries and gas weren't an issue. The property was identical to the pictures. We did have to wash towels daily as we had 4 guests, but we just did that in the evening. I'd recommend this property for Disney trip.

Overall this was an easy transaction and a nice place to stay. The pool was refreshing for the kids after a hot day. The rooms were all plenty big enough. The neighborhood felt safe and it was good distance to parks. There were a couple of improvements that we thought, if made, would make it a 5 star. 1) The beds in the kids room are extremely high, even for an adult! One night my 4 year old son fell out of bed hitting his head on the night stand. We decided the bed was just to high for him so he slept with an adult after that. A couple of nights later my 11 year old daughter fell out of bed causing an instant large welt on her head.
2) None of the games in game room worked properly. It was a big let down for the kids who had became excited when viewing the pictures of the home.
For the price this was not a bad property to stay at. If renting I would just plan to have the kids sleep somewhere other than the kids themed bedroom.

We planned a low key vacation with daily (no parks) vacay and we looked for a private pool and game room. This fit what we needed. The house is very well taken care of and besides a few minor details that Kerri made sure were taken care of right away our stay was good. We recommend this house and the value was great.
