The Space:

Set across three levels and surrounded by peaceful bushland, this welcoming coastal home blends natural character with spacious interiors designed for relaxed family holidays. Soaring timber-lined ceilings, expansive windows and elevated ocean views create a light-filled atmosphere, while multiple living areas provide plenty of space to unwind together after days spent exploring Eagle Bay. During cooler months, gather beside the fireplace with a book or enjoy a quiet evening overlooking the surrounding landscape.



The generous kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind, offering ample bench space, quality appliances and everything needed to prepare anything from leisurely breakfasts to shared family dinners. A coffee pod machine makes slow mornings even more enjoyable, while the adjoining dining area flows effortlessly onto the outdoor entertaining deck, making indoor-outdoor living a natural part of your stay.



Each of the four bedrooms provides a comfortable retreat, with the primary bedroom enjoying its own ensuite and elevated outlook. Four bathrooms make it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably, while the separate laundry adds convenience for longer stays. Please note that air conditioning is available in the primary bedroom only.



Outside, immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the surrounding bushland. Share long lunches on the covered deck, enjoy your morning coffee while listening to birdsong, or spend the afternoon playing a friendly match on the private tennis court before wandering down to Eagle Bay Beach. The home is best suited to families seeking a peaceful coastal escape. Please note there are three open staircases throughout the property, with a baby gate available on request for younger guests.



Parking is available onsite.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Eagle Bay is one of the Margaret River region's most peaceful coastal destinations, known for its crystal-clear waters, sheltered beach and relaxed atmosphere. A short walk downhill brings you to Eagle Bay Beach, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding and coastal walks. Nearby, you'll find award-winning wineries, breweries and restaurants throughout the Dunsborough region, along with the walking trails of Meelup Regional Park. Dunsborough's cafés, boutiques and supermarkets are around a ten-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy both secluded beach days and vibrant local dining.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
