Perfect for families or close friends, the thoughtfully designed layout comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with two brand-new queen beds and a cozy bunk bed nook.

Note: While the unit does not have a private balcony, large shared balconies with comfortable seating are available on every floor to take in the salty breeze.

Guest Requirements & Resort Policies
~ Primary renter must be 21+ years of age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present throughout the stay.
~ A $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) is required via credit/debit card prior to arrival. This is released following an uneventful stay.
~ A $30 resort fee per stay is payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
~ Maximum of 4 guests. No pets, ESAs, or outside visitors are permitted.
~ One guaranteed parking space is provided. A second space is subject to resort occupancy; off-site pay lot is available 1–2 miles away.

This room was perfect for our family vacation! The condo is located in a great location, very close to restaurants and any amenities you may need. We made dinner in the room most nights, the full size kitchen made this a breeze. Victoria was amazing to deal with, she responded quickly and provided very in depth explanations for everything. 10/10 recommend booking this spot for your family vacation!

This place was just perfect. I rented it for a month and it had everything I needed. Pictures are exactly what you get. Great location and friendly staff on site to help. Beautiful view to wake up to each day. Hosts were very responsive when I needed anything. Can’t rate highly enough, thank you!
