Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Gragnague. It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 64 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 64 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with one king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- Two separate toilets
- A gym
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
