This charming villa offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and peaceful mountain surroundings—located just one mile off the Parkway and close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Tucked away from the crowds, yet within easy walking distance to the Little Pigeon River, The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant, The Apple Barn & Cider Mill, and Iron Forge Brewery, you’ll enjoy a quiet escape with top attractions, dining, and shopping right at your fingertips.
Inside, the thoughtfully designed layout offers both privacy and togetherness, with bedrooms рositioned on opposite sides of the home and a welcoming living area at the heart—perfect for gathering and unwinding after a day of adventure. Relax in the cozy living room by the gas-log fireplace, sink into comfortable seating, or prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen when you’re not enjoying one of the many nearby restaurants.
Retreat to the serene primary suite, featuring a king bed dressed in soft cotton linens for a restful night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a spacious double-head shower, perfect for relaxing and recharging.
The second bedroom is ideal for family or friends, offering two comfortable full beds with crisp cotton linens and a TV—an inviting space to relax, unwind, and enjoy your favorite shows.
Guests have convenient access to the full garage as well.
Traveling with a larger group? We offer two additional properties within the same resort, making it easy to accommodate family gatherings, reunions, or group trips.

The place was perfect! So clean and well stocked I was in shock how well it was stocked you don't have to take shampoo, body wash, laundry soap etc. they have it all. Owners were prompt to answer any questions we had and we got to check in at 3 which was so nice and checkout is 11 which I think is wonderful for people who are not in a hurry to get home. I love the location because it was close to everything we wanted to do and convenient to restaurants, groceries etc. Bed was so comfy I was expecting I would leave with a backache because I am picky about beds but the bed was so comfortable we both slept perfect! Furniture and everything was quality and they even provide Netflix and some streaming services which is going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this host/property and we will definitely be using them for any future trips. I like to stay at same place every time and now we have a new fav! Thank you for such a great experience and place to stay!

This place was perfect for us. We have a disabled daughter and there are no steps at all to enter or get through the house. The location is also perfect, just off the main "strip" in Pigeon Forge and quiet as a church mouse. The garage was very helpful for keeping the scooter dry and also helped my daughter to come and go (no steps). The double beds in the second bedroom was great for my 5yr old granddaughter to stay close to mommy. My wife and I both LOVED the walk in shower. The master bed was also perfect. My wife said that is the first time in a long time that she slept through the entire night. This place was also very, very, clean. No dirty dishes or leftover dust/dirt on the floors or furniture. We had a wonderful, worry free, and memorable stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy. Hopefully, some time later, we will get to return to this beautiful home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain condo! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming! The condo was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was also incredibly comfortable....we slept so well during our stay! The hosts were gracious and attentive, and it was clear they genuinely care about creating a special experience for their guests. We are so thankful for our time here and already look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain retreat!!
