About this house rental
Beautiful vacation home on the lake in a prime location with southwest exposure near the beach.
The villa is located in Crown Pointe, a quiet residential area in beautiful Naples.
In the heatable saltwater pool with separate spa (whirlpool) you can enjoy the days in the sun and the evenings with beautiful sunsets.
In the large living room there is a 75 inch smart TV with internet connection for cozy TV evenings.
In the master and in the queen bedroom there are also smart TVs with internet access.
High-speed Internet (1000 upload/1000 download) with WiFi.
The master bedroom has direct access to the pool deck. It has its own closet, which also offers storage space for suitcases and bags.
The other two bedrooms have fitted closets.
A BBQ Gas Grill on the pool deck is ready for perfect BBQ sessions.
There is space for one car in the double garage.
There are 4 bicycles and beach equipment (cool box, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels) available.
The villa is located in Crown Pointe, one of Naples’ most desirable and peaceful residential communities, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
Guests have access to the community clubhouse, which features a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a pickleball court, billiards, a sauna, and a fully equipped fitness center.
Just one mile away, you’ll find a convenient shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket, Starbucks, and a variety of popular restaurants, including Tacos & Tequila, Aldo’s Italian Table & Bar, and Mitch’s Cookies. The plaza also offers a nail salon, hair salon, massage services, and other everyday conveniences.
Naples’ world-famous white sand beaches are only five miles away, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the warm waters of the Gulf.
The area also offers plenty of recreational activities, including miniature golf, boat rentals, fishing charters, and water sports. For a unique Florida adventure, take an exciting airboat tour through the nearby Everglades and experience its incredible wildlife up close.

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is fully stocked. Pool deck is sunny.

The host, Beate, was extremely nice. The house is perfect for any type of vacation, fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (dishes, spare towels, bikes, beach equipment). We had a wonderful and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding. The property is immaculate, surpassing all expectations, and the owner was incredibly helpful in dealing with the one minor problem that arose.
