A renovated 4-bedroom, 1-bath Pinellas Park pool home for up to 10 guests, with pool heating included free and a private fenced backyard. St. Pete–Clearwater Airport is about 15 minutes away and the Gulf beaches are 25–30 minutes.

The living room, dining table and kitchen sit together at the center of the house. The group naturally ends up in one space around the L-shaped couch and smart TV. Out back, the fully fenced yard holds the heated saltwater pool, a poolside seating area and the gas grill. Four bedrooms open off the living area, and everyone shares one full bathroom.

★ You expect hot-tub-warm water in January. The electric heater lifts the pool 15–20°F above the day's low temperature.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a quiet residential street in Pinellas Park. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.
★ Pool heat: included free. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means roughly 65–70°F water. It cannot be changed mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 4 bedrooms (three kings, a queen and a twin-over-full bunk) share one full bathroom for up to 10 guests.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Please disclose pets before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per extra guest per night. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Exterior security cameras cover the outside areas only.
