Spacious, good fire wood, clean, well laid out
The TV flicked on & off. No internet. Floor was very uneven in kitchen. Toilet seat lid kept falling on your back.

Easy access via keybox.
Location was great...easy walk into the township.
Was quiet.
Birdlife was enjoyable.
Ample wood available for the fireplace.
On-site parking.
Had not been cleaned prior to our arrival but was adequately rectified within a reasonable time frame.
Was unable to obtain any TV reception at all even after reconnecting all the leads which had been previously removed.
Alternative DVD player kept freezing up making it impossible to watch a movie.
Lacked extra little touches such as body wash, flannels, throw rugs & blankets (it was 11degrees outside)

Besides comments below, everything else was great.
Need an outside light where parking the car as when arriving in the dark can't see a thing.
Bathroom door opens on its own repeatedly - seriously needs a simple bolt lock to keep door shut for privacy.
Toilet floor area not clean enough
