About this house rental
Plenty of room for up to 12 people (maximum of 8 adults as per our DA approval). Ideal layout for family groups and well equipped for all age groups. Separate kids play area and enclosed back garden.
Perfect location between Katoomba's town centre and the Three Sisters - both within easy walking distance.
In winter, the bioethanol fire in the loungeroom, central heating in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in both bathrooms will keep you warm on the coldest days.

Great stay for UTA weekend. The place was very clean, warm and comfortable, which made a huge difference before an early race start. Excellent location — close to the UTA start line, walking distance to shops/cafes, and very convenient overall. Check-in was simple and hassle-free. Would definitely stay again for another race weekend.

We stayed for 4 nights over the Ultra-Trail festival weekend in May. The house is really nicely set up for a group stay. Very comfortable and spacious and even warm! It has everything you need to be self-sufficient and is also close to national park, shops, cafes etc, so very convenient.
Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. Great location and very comfortable for our mums weekend away. But it would also be good to bring the whole family back to. Faye is an excellent host.
