The Petite Maison de Pays in Hourtin is the perfect place for a holiday with your loved ones, located along the Vélodyssée route. The 60 m² house features a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a shower room, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children.



Recent renovations have improved comfort: exterior insulation, moisture-resistant paint, new water heater, refrigerator, and stove.



Please note that guests are responsible for tidying and cleaning the house before departure. The property offers a shared outdoor space with a fenced 600 m² garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The house is 12 km from the ocean (10 minutes by car) and 2 km from Lake Hourtin (10 minutes by bike). Three parking spaces are available on the property, with additional free street parking.



Up to three pets are allowed. The rental operates on a principle of solidarity: guests arriving by car are asked to bring their own linens. Cyclists and hikers may use the linens provided, wash them (detergent supplied), and hang them out to dry for the next guests. Please ensure the house remains welcoming for future visitors. There is no air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, or heating. You may use the fireplace. Waste sorting is required with three outdoor bins and a separate glass container. Please follow these guidelines.



IMPORTANT: You may encounter other guests, as there are two well-separated bedrooms. Please note this is a stopover gîte on the Vélodyssée route.
