Our charming studio is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled private studio is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owners who reside in the 75-year-old farmhouse they are remodeling on the same property.
The guesthouse, painted in a vibrant cobalt blue, is designed to accommodate guests. The studio features an independent entrance, allowing guests to enter and exit with limited interactions with the property owners, who reside on the premises. Nevertheless, you might have the opportunity to cross paths with Mer-Sea, the friendly dog, during his strolls.

Owner was off the charts responsive and helpful with our last minute request. Cottage is spotless and decorated so cute! Everything works as it should, so many little touches in case you forget something. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Quiet residential neighborhood. Parking right by front door. Queen bed soft and comfy. WiFi works great. Would highly recommend.
