Inside, the open-plan layout creates a bright and welcoming space. The formal dining room greets you upon entry and flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook. The spacious living area with comfortable seating and a TV opens directly to the pool deck. The master suite boasts a king bed, private sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms share a bathroom, while the queen bedroom enjoys direct access to the pool bath.
Outdoors, the screened-in pool area features sun loungers, a patio dining set, and plenty of space to soak in the Florida sunshine. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and inspection. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra fee.
• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
