This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool home is located in the popular Emerald Island Resort community and is fully equipped for a comfortable Central Florida family vacation.
Perfect for families and groups, this spacious one-story home features a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, private west-facing pool with attached spa, and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing after a day at the theme parks.
The home is conveniently located approximately 10 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort area and 19 miles from Universal Orlando Resort, with shopping, restaurants, and other Central Florida attractions nearby.
EMERALD ISLAND RESORT ACCESS FEE
Please note: Emerald Island Resort requires arriving guests to pay a $20 resort access fee per vehicle upon arrival at the security gate. Payment is made directly to the resort, and cash is not accepted.
After payment, each vehicle will receive an express entry pass for easier access through the security gate during your stay. The pass also provides your household with access to the resort's clubhouse facilities and amenities.

Is a great place for a couple of days/week. Much cleaner than other rentals we’ve stayed in. Property manager was quick to respond. For long term rentals ( which we were), some suggestions such as better mattresses, pot, pans, bowls, and kitchen appliances need to be replaced,

House was clean and organized. Outside pool area was clean. There were no baking sheets for oven cooking, had to purchase them and leave behind. Bbq grill was in really poor shape for the price paid. Heat in spa was not up to temp, lost a day with no heat after contacting host and was not credited daily amount for pool and spa heat.
