A spacious 5-bedroom family house for up to 10 guests, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy a private hot tub, dedicated game room with pool table, darts and table tennis, summer pool, mini gym and entertainment for all ages. Air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi.

Discover Casa Virgo, a spacious 5-bedroom family house for up to 10 guests in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Torremolinos, right next to Benalmádena. The sandy beach, beach bars and restaurants are only around 500 metres away, while the popular Puerto Marina is approximately 1 km from the house. The upper terraces offer views towards the sea and surrounding mountains.
Casa Virgo is especially well suited to families and groups who want plenty of space and things to do together. Our dedicated game room features a pool table, darts, table tennis, big-screen TV and poker setup. You’ll also find Xbox, Super Nintendo, board games and streaming entertainment throughout the house. For younger guests, we provide a travel cot, high chair, children’s tableware, toys and other family essentials.
All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning, making the house comfortable even during the hottest summer months. The house also offers fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, 4 large TVs and plenty of space for everyone to relax.
Outdoors, you can enjoy several private terraces, a BBQ and outdoor dining area, sun loungers and your own private hot tub. Guests also have access to the residential community’s shared seasonal swimming pool, open from June to end of September. Pool opening hours and rules are set by the residential community.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for longer family stays, including an espresso/cappuccino machine, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, blender, juicer and a full selection of cookware and tableware.
For those who like to stay active, Casa Virgo also has a private home gym with weights, bench, spin bike, pull-up bar and other exercise equipment. There are also excellent walking, running and cycling routes nearby.
One of Casa Virgo’s biggest advantages is the location. The beach is around a 5-minute walk downhill, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Please note that the walk back to the house is uphill and can feel more demanding during the hottest summer days. Taxis and Bolt are widely available and inexpensive if you prefer an easier trip back.
Several supermarkets are within easy reach, and buses and trains make it easy to explore Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Málaga and the rest of the Costa del Sol without a car. Málaga Airport is only around 7 km away.
If you are travelling by car, the private garage has space for two cars, and free street parking is usually available directly opposite the house.
Casa Virgo is located in a peaceful, family-oriented residential community, so we ask guests to respect quiet hours from 22:00. The house is ideal for families and relaxed holidays rather than parties.

Beautiful apartment with a bus stop right outside. Very easy to check in. Host very responsive. Lovely bottle of fizz and some beers waiting for us on arrival. A/C was great, lots of room for the 6 of us that stayed here. The pool was lovely and very welcomed as it was 30 degrees. Supermarkets very close too.

Great place! Nine of us stayed for a week, 4 adults, 5 children (ages from 17 to 6 years old). Space enough for everyone. Patio area at the rear with table to seat 8 people. Note: One of the bedrooms on 3rd floor does not have air conditioning.

Future guests need to be aware that this 5 bed house is nestled in a communal complex at the top of a steep hill shared with locals. There are extremely strict rules regarding noise. Between 3pm and 5pm there has to be absolute silence as well as between 11pm and 8am. There is a decibel counter in the living area that is to stay under 60. Unfortunately two people talking will push this up over that limit making it entirely unsuitable for sharing a house with 10 other people. The living room is very small as is the hot tub considering the capacity of the property. The pool is shared with the locals in the commune, it is not a private pool. We were only made aware it might not be open AFTER booking. It was opened a few days into our holiday. There are NO sun loungers around the pool and the grass wasn’t cut. The neighbours are extremely sensitive regarding noise around the pool. You cannot eat or drink at the pool, we were told we couldn’t even drink water by a neighbour. The patio area is quite small. There were only two sunloungers on the patio between 10 people. Some of the garden chairs need replaced as the plastic is loose on the arms of some of them. There is also an alarm that the neighbours can set off if you are too noisy which we were not told about. There is a surveillance camera in the patio which is an invasion of your privacy. We thought the apartment was just ok, but you should be aware of the over the top rules, unsuitable when there are 10 people sharing.
