Situated in the suburb of Johnsonville, this apartment is ideally located to be a base for exploring the many features of Wellington, the capital city, or for travelling to the Kapiti Coast or the Wairarapa. A shopping centre nearby has two supermarkets as well as restaurants for dining and takeaways. At the bottom of the garden are public walkways through some of Wellington's famous town belt areas. If you would like more space, check if the neighbouring apartment Bird Song is available.

Jan was a wonderful host. The accommodation was exactly as stated. She had even put the heater on and our electric blanket on low so we wouldn't be cold. Very thoughtful! Breakfast items were provided, which was an unexpected surprise! The location was perfect and easy to find. An excellent place to stay before an overnight ferry crossing to Picton. Would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay with Jan in her gorgeous bookabach. She was so friendly and welcoming, huge smile and fun to talk to. We didn't expect our own washing machine and dryer, what a bonus. The room was spotless and the bush surrounding the property was beautiful and peaceful. Comes highly recommended.
