The location was perfect for me. I was attending a course at St Peters Church which was right next door.

The location.
Good communication.
Having a washer dryer on the apartment.
Bed was uncomfortable
No toiletries
Place is small, especially the bathroom and the view is a car parking building.
It wasn't very warm and only had one little heater.
There's a carpet mat in front in the kitchenette area that continually moved and became a tripping hazard.
Washer/dryer had a load of bedding and towels from last guest's visit sitting in it, host asked me to remove this and put it on top of the washing machine. There wasn't enough room for it there so ended up putting it on a chair, taking up room in what was already a small apartment.
Felt overpriced compared to an apartment hotel.

The location was superb - in reach of everything we needed just by walking. Two convenience stores, a parking building, a bar, a restaurant, and a cute bakery all within the block.
They must have the worst pillows I've ever had the discomfort of sleeping on. There's a Briscoes just down the road - I'm sure they'll be on a sale soon...
