Beautiful place with awesome amenities, but title is very misleading. i specifically got this place since it said entire townhouse, but it’s not. It’s a triplex with people staying above and below. Threw off my group and I since we weren’t expecting to see other people on the property. The place overall though is clean and nice! Great hot tub and game options, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. Great place to stay, but the place should be listed as a triplex - not an entire townhouse.

Overall a really great apartment and place to stay! I do wish I had read the reviews to see that this isn't really the whole place, there are people staying above and below you (I was expecting more side to side since it was listed as a townhouse). Not a really big deal but wish that had been a bit more clear. You can hear people just walking around so if you plan to be awake at all past the quiet hours (10pm - 8am) I would suggest booking elsewhere since even just walking and talking at normal volumes has a chance to disturb the neighbors which we never want! The remote & TV in the living room is really frustrating to use as its very slow and glitchy. The firepit does not work, we even went and got new propane since we thought maybe the propane was out but alas, the firepit didn't work which was sad. The dishes while put away none of them were washed, so bowls still had popcorn bits in them and plates with stuck on food etc. I'm assuming this was the last guest who just put them away instead of leaving them out to be cleaned. Overall we did have a great time, the beds were great and the outside was very roomy and pretty. Hot tub was a major hit and is very well taken care of.

This was a great stay!Everything was spot on in the description. I grew up on the East Side of St. Paul, and lived in this neighborhood in my 20's.This location is within 20-30 minutes of everything in the Twin Cities. Communication with the owner was timely. She was awesome to work with. We will be back.

The location and place were beautiful, cozy and well cared for.However the posting for this was slightly misleading which leads to some misunderstandings and breakdowns in expectations for guests and host alike. This unit is in a triplex so there are people staying above and below. This is not really an issue except the host contacted me 3-4 times leading up to us even getting to the location telling me "no parties" to the point where it made sense that she has probably had issues with people being loud. We could hear the people above us even past the "quiet hours" and in the morning the hot tub is right next to one of our windows so we could hear conversations. Once again this isn't really a big deal at all if you're expecting other units above and below you. However this is listed as "entire townhouse" and you kinda have to dig deep on the listing to find out has shared spaces and even then you don't fully understand it's a condo in a triplex. Overall this is a great place and location I just think expectations can be set easier by being more transparent so if people are planning to be loud past 10pm they will book another location.
