Self check-in with a smart lock keypad — no host meetup, no waiting on a key, arrive whenever your flight or park day actually ends. The full townhouse is yours: all three bedrooms, all three bathrooms, the kitchen, the private pool and patio.

Your stay also includes full guest access to the Windsor Hills clubhouse and grounds — the lagoon-style resort pool and waterslides, splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, movie theater, arcade, pool table, ping pong, tennis court, basketball court, and putting green. None of it carries a separate resort fee; it's included in what you already paid.

The home's thermostat is fully in guests' control for the length of the stay — set it where you're comfortable.

Parking for up to 3 vehicles — one in the driveway, additional space alongside — plus free street parking nearby if your group brings more. All parking is free; there's no on-site EV charger at this time, so guests with electric vehicles should plan to charge at one of the public stations in the surrounding Kissimmee/US-192 corridor.

We keep the rules short because we'd rather you spend your time at the pool than reading a list.

• Check-in:4pm · Check-out: 10am — self check-in, so both are flexible with advance notice.
• Sleeps 7 max — please keep your group at or under the booked occupancy.
• Quiet hours after 10pm, out of respect for neighbors in this gated community.
• No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or on the patio.
• No parties or events — this is a family home in a residential resort community.
• Pool safety: there is no lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children around the pool and patio at all times.
• Treat the home the way you'd want to find it — dishes rinsed and trash bagged before checkout keeps turnover smooth for the next family.
