Restaurants, shopping, and three public golf courses are nearby, along with Jockey’s Ridge State Park, home to the tallest living sand dune on the East Coast. Take easy day trips to Downtown Manteo, Duck, Oregon Inlet, Pea Island Wildlife Refuge, or Cape Hatteras and its famous lighthouse.
