The main floor features an open-concept living area with a large sectional, full kitchen, and full bath. Optional sleeping arrangements accommodate two additional guests in this space.
Upstairs, the private bedroom includes a half bath and a balcony (accessible via stairs and not handicap accessible).
Downtown Saugatuck’s restaurants, bars, shops, and waterfront are just steps away. Oval Beach, Saugatuck Dunes State Park, and other natural gems are a 10-minute drive, with Grand Rapids less than 45 minutes away.
We welcome up to four guests, including your dog! An air mattress, washer/dryer, and complimentary private parking (with nearby public options) make your stay seamless.

Great location. All of the primary spots downtown are walkable. The parking spot right out front is very convenient as well. The property itself was stocked full of everything you might need if you forgot something. Would recommend.

We had a fun visit to Saugatuck, which is one of our favorite nearby getaways. This apartment is cute and in a great location. It is comfortably appointed. We especially enjoyed the fact that the location is walkable to many shops, restaurants, and that there is a nice view of the river. The upstairs outdoor space was pleasant. Thanks for a lovely visit!

The location was very convenient with easy access to downtown shopping and dining. The park across the street was a relaxing lakeside reading spot. The onsite parking allowed us to come and go as we pleased to explore the surrounding area to hike the Saugatuck Dunes State Park trails, visit downtown Douglas, walk through the various art galleries, and watch the beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan at Oval beach. Very clean and the property was kept up well. Perfect weekend getaway!

Overall the stay was good - the property is in an excellent location with close proximity to the fantastic downtown. The property was generally clean but it needs some love - a deep clean and minor upgrades.
