The home is designed around the landscape, with large windows and an expansive deck that make the mountains feel close at every hour—morning light, afternoon stillness, and alpenglow at sunset.
Wildlife moves through from time to time—elk, deer, and other mountain visitors—adding to the sense of being tucked into a quiet, natural setting.
After a day exploring, settle into the hot tub under a sky full of stars, unwind in the steam shower, or take your time in the deep soaking tub in the primary suite. The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and multiple spaces to relax, whether you’re gathering together or carving out a bit of quiet.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking in, and the home has reliable WiFi if you need to check in or work remotely—though you may not want to.
Close to Estes Park, yet peaceful and private, this is an easy place to settle in year-round. In winter, 4WD is required for access.

We cannot speak highly enough about our host, Danna, as well as the entire property. She was beyond helpful during the entire time leading up to our visit, including reminders about ensuring we got our Timed Entry passes, the weather, you name it. She met us for check-in to ensure any questions we had about the property could be addressed and provided an amazing welcome package for our family. The location, views, and amenities are unmatched. Seclusion, yet closeness to Estes Park and RMNP where you’ll wish the 15 min drive to either location took longer because of the scenery. Add in the remarkable views of Long’s Peak and Elk paying you a visit in the yard every day of our visit made our experience impossible to beat. I’m not sure you can find a better combination of host, location, and property to experience Estes Park and RMNP!

The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted. Danna was at the house to greet us and show us everything about the home. She was extremely responsive if we had a question and left us a very thoughtful welcome gift. The view of the mountains from the living room and kitchen were wonderful. The distance was close enough to Estes Park and it didn’t feel like we were staying out of the town. You also drive right by the Lilly Lake trail on your way into town. There was a herd of Elk that walked all around the property one morning and it was an awesome sight. We will 100% book here again the next time we visit.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Owner was extremely detailed and just so kind throughout the entire rental. The owner even left us a bouquet of fresh flowers and some snacks with a kind note. Everything is so well stocked. Property is very clean and in a great location. I can’t recommend this property enough. Perfect location with privacy and just a short distance to downtown Estes Park. You won’t regret renting this property trust me.

Beautiful place. The house is amazing with lots of attention to detail including art on the walls from local artists. The sauna and hot tub are great additions. The views from the big windows are the star attraction! The location is perfect, just 15 minutes from Estes Park so you’re away from the crowd but close to hiking and attractions.Check in, instructions and communication from our host was seamless and prompt.It’s a great floor plan for a family or two couples. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.
