Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The unit was as described. The host was very responsive, the condo was clean, the view was outstanding! We would definitely book again! The only con was a slow drain in the master bedroom sink which I have informed the host. I ended up using the spare bathroom sink instead.

Great view. Only negatives were the elevators. Always one out of service and one day both were. Water in condo in master bath may need a filter or something as black substance was in it. Location was perfect.
