The house is beautiful and clean, have everything that you need for a daily life. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking inside and outside of garage up to 4 or 5 cars. This house have a lot of stairs, not recommend for elderly or people with wheelchair. Mailan is the host. She is great. She is responded to my question very quickly. My family was very happy with our stay and will recommend to our friends. Thanks to Mailan.

We will be back. The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, spacious and you can't get a more perfect location. Close to EVERYTHING.....including coffee shop and Sancho's Tacos right next door, CVS across the street...and you're only a few steps to Mainstreet and the Beach/Pier. I can't stress enough how important location is and ensuring you can walk comfortably everywhere....and this is it! Additionally, the house was even more spacious than I could tell from the pictures and stocked with everything you need. It accommodates larger groups comfortably. The outdoor patio/firepit and views from the balconies and rooftop area are a bonus! Mailin made the whole process seamless and easy, start to finish, and answered all questions immediately. We love visiting Huntington Beach and have stayed in many properties there.....I found a new favorite! Highly recommend! A true GEM! :) Kelli

The property was as advertised- great location, plenty of space inside and the parking spots are ideal. Host was easy to communicate with- although we had no issues. Beach chairs and plenty of towels for the quick walk across the street to the sand. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed- overall a great stay and would rent this one again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent it again. The location couldn't have been better—just a one-minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking was plentiful, which made things especially convenient for our group.The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the entire home was thoughtfully equipped for guests. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax comfortably.One of our favorite features was the outdoor living space. The patios were all fantastic. We spent the evenings having drinks around the front fireplace feature. The rooftop patio has a view of the ocean. The host was excellent—easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!
