About this apartment rental
The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a King Posturpedic bed in the master bedroom, Second bedroom has a Queen bed .Each bedroom has a private full bathroom. Bathroom 1 has a tub/shower combination, comfort height toilets, beautiful tile with that beachy feel . Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower, comfort height toilet , tasteful tile with glass doors .
Our unit is spacious , clean, bright with an open concept . The kitchen has been updated with beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all of your cooking needs. Side by side refrigerator,flat top stove ,microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room is has plenty of seating , flat screen TV and a full pullout sofa bed in the living room

Unit is professionally cleaned after every guest, to ensure the cleanest experience upon arrival.
2 parking spaces are directly behind unit ;easy to unload all of your belongings.

The place was better than expected! We questioned staying here since it was a far walk from the village area but don't let that detour you. There is free open air shuttle every 12 minutes. The place itself was super clean. The biggest plus is the resort has its own private beach. Great place to stay and highly recommend

Great location in Siesta Key with easy access to the beach and the Village. Easy to find a spot on the large beach.Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio, very peaceful.Property grill and multiple pools were available as we were part of a larger group staying throughout the resort.

Let’s start with the positives: Great location, beach chairs provided at condo were nice, and interior was clean for the most part (some ants, but sprayed ant killer and it took care of it). It was fairly stocked (was good enough for what we needed) but most of the items provided were old/cheap. Trolley stop was across the street from entrance - very convenient. Beach access was a short walk (but a hefty walk to the ocean itself (but that was the case regardless of where you stayed in that area).Negatives: Property was MUCH smaller and older than photos made it appear. Guest bathroom was extremely small (could barely turn around in it, let alone get ready). Minimal space to store personal bathroom items or even sit hair dryer/curling iron while trying to get ready (hair dryer cord was too short to use outlet in bedroom where there was more room to move). Water pressure in guest shower was feeble at best.Bed in guest bedroom was like laying on a piece of plywood. Exterior was unkept (dirty windows, weeds, etc.). The condominium facility grounds were unkept (grass high, weeds in landscaping, and dumpsters were overflowing). The beach towels provided were paper thin (had to go out and buy new ones). Each bathroom was only provided (2) bath towels, (2) wash cloths, and (1) hand towel and only (1) kitchen towel for the entire stay. In the description of amenities it clearly states a “private washer/dryer in unit”(have screenshot) -it doesn’t. Furniture very uncomfortable!
