The rooms were extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for an excellent trip. We did cook meals in the kitchen and all needed items were there for us. The view could not have been better! At least 2-3 windows showing us Siesta Key Beach. The screened in porch was perfect for spending morning and evenings on the deck with bug concern. Laundry is located on each floor by the elevator. We did not use. Lots of beach chairs and beach accessories to help spend the day on SKB. We were lucky to swim with manatee who were 10 ft from us and see dolphins swim past us from our beach chairs. Sunsets on the beach were spectacular! You can see a bit of sunset from the veranda as well. All in all, we had a wonderful time! Thank you, Karen!

Very functional for a family of 4, great location/view, updated bathrooms, cleaned well. Screened-in balcony is great to have to keep bugs away at night. Storage closet in nearby laundry room with beach chairs, cart, toys, etc was a nice bonus. Could use some updating in the living area and bedrooms, and it would be a 5-star.
