It occupies the second and third floors of the building and immerses you in luxury and style. Its private 800 sq. ft. deck offers stunning views of the village. The space comes with a bonus room. This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique Inn located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful , fully remodeled historic building.
This suite is one of several luxury suites in a small boutique Inn which is located in the heart of Newton Highlands in a beautiful, fully remodeled historic building. Careful attention has been paid to preserve the look and charm of the fin-de-siècle 19th-century building, using old archive photographs to replicate the exterior as it once stood. Inside, the building is pure 21st century, with modern rooms, advanced utility systems, and greatly enhanced structural features.
The remodeling has been completed in full compliance with Fire, Safety, and Building codes for hotel class buildings.
The suite has its own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing with other units.
Stas Gavronsky and his wife, Tatiana, are the owners and operators of The Inn at Newton Highlands. The original idea behind the Inn came from Stas's work in healthcare. He wanted to build a beautiful and comfortable place for patients and their families who come to Boston for medical treatments and typically require a longer stay. The Inn provided exactly what was needed: a combination of luxury, safety, and convenience of a hotel with a privacy and coziness of a private apartment. The place is great for business travelers, destination wedding guests, and tourists.

Our VRBO visit was excellent. The home was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, very nice bed linens, updated bathrooms and a wow location. We traveled the MBTA Green Line everyday to Boston and Cambridge. We easily walked to local restaurants and the Whole Foods grocery store. Our host was very attentive and always available. We would definitely book this VRBO again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This apartment is wonderful—clean, well-designed, and beautifully situated. The layout is thoughtful and inviting, with a standout feature: a gorgeous balcony just steps from the train station. Getting into town costs only four dollars and takes minutes. The community here is genuinely special, with kind and welcoming neighbors.The third-floor living room is particularly comfortable, with ample bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) and heating that keeps it cozy.Important Considerations:Before booking, be aware that this apartment has significant stairs throughout. It is not well-suited for young children or elderly guests due to steep steps and limited safety features. Notably, the third-floor windows lack protective barriers, which poses a safety concern for children. These accessibility and safety factors are worth considering carefully if they apply to your situation.

What a beautiful stay! The neighborhood is full of great food and is easy to navigate. Stas, the owner, was extremely helpful and hospitable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This was a great place to stay. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable spaces. The loft was a nice bonus. Very walkable to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Host was very available. No problems or concerns. Highly recommend
