We booked a last minute vacation and the owners worked with us to make it worthwhile. The house was clean, beautiful, and well appointed. While it was just my spouse and I, the house sleeps very large groups easily. The pool was great and so was the beach. We have zero complaints.

Would stay here again every single time! The house was beautiful, beach was secluded, the kids had a blast! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Cleo was also wonderful and helped us with everything we needed! Even grocery shopping.

The house was as advertised! We had a family of 13 and everyone was pleased with the house and the grounds. The views were pretty spectacular and the beach was basically empty except for us. There was some typical wear and tear on the outdoor furniture, but this is not unexpected and is something we see at just about every house we rent that is on a beach.

Our stay was great. We were a family of 11 traveling with 5 adult couples & the 6 bedroom/6 bathroom layout was just what we wanted. The hostess & homeowners were very responsive to our needs. Half the week was windy but Chat n Chill on Stocking Island was protected from the wind & waves & the heated pool at the house also helped with those days. The only time we saw anybody on the beach at the house was a couple people walking Friday morning. The bar at the pool with the swings was a great way to socialize with each other both in & out of the water. Would definitely stay here again.
