Your cozy getaway awaits in Fredericksburg at this fantastic bed & breakfast. Sleeps 12-15. Sleeps 12 people with beds and three with pull out bed/hide beds. Hide beds and pull out. Beds are good for young adults and children. . Offering 6 separate sleeping areas with 3.5 bathrooms . Guests can enjoy a spacious living room which connects to the kitchen & dining room for social gatherings. The living room offers a Smart TV, bar table and ample seating for all. The back porch provides a very similar seating for your social gatherings . Including: tv viewing, play games, cooking on the grill. Out back enjoy a small private hot tub for two along with a the large hot tub for 6. This charming property offers off street parking up to 8 cars and unlimited off street parking. Amenities : iron, heating, hair dryer, AC, washing machine, and WiFi. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The house was clean and perfect for our needs. Lots of beds and space to spend time together. The hot tubs were lovely. The location is also great being close to Main Street and where everything is happening. When we come back we will be choosing this house again.

This was an amazing house with plenty of room for 5 couples. Close to Main Street and it was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. A beautiful historical home ! Would definitely recommend, we loved it!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed, yet still felt like a relaxing getaway. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed.One of our favorite parts was the hot tub, it was the perfect way to unwind and made the whole experience feel even more special. The home is also set up incredibly well for larger groups or families, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably without ever feeling crowded.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we made so many great memories here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect group getaway!
