New Philadelphia is waiting for you at this unique 2-bedroom house which is furnished with a collection of interesting items and comfortable furniture. Step inside this cool and fantastic space with 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and a shower, and convenient amenities like AC, linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances,WiFi, smart TV, washer and dryer and a beautiful oak bar in the living room. Tiled murals adorn the walls behind the bar and above the kitchen sink. Guests can relax in the gorgeous living area, have coffee on the deck or at the outside table by the back door or go walking through this quiet neighborhood to explore the city. Our beautiful Tuscora Park is only a 5 minute walk away and features vintage amusement rides, a swimming pool, boardwalk, picnic areas, and a large pond with ducks and fish.Amish country is just a 25 minute drive away;The Football Hall of Fame is also a short 30 minutes away. New Philadelphia sits in the center of a triangle formed by Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Columbus so each of those cities are about 90 minutes away. We have Atwood Lake nearby as well as hiking and biking trails to enjoy. Whatever your wishes are for an enjoyable vacation in a quiet neighborhood, you can find them here.
We do consider and accept most pets with a limit of two and preferably 50 lbs. or less. We expect responsible pet ownership as far as cleaning up the yard of waste, sweeping up of large amounts of pet hair, and preventing damages to furnishings in the house. Dogs may not be left loose or unattended in the yard and may not be staked out anywhere on the property. Our pet fee is $10 per night per pet. This is a very pet friendly neighborhood.
