✹ GENERAL: The home is exclusively yours except for the locked storage closets located inside the garage—no interruption during your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs.

✹ PARKING: Garage, and also free Street Parking

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ PETS: As a reminder please do not allow any pets on the furniture and we do not allow any urine or feces inside the home as that will incur an additional cleaning fee on top of the pet fee.

Pet hair on beds or furniture will result in an additional $50 fee.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Prior to check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 9pm-7am. Property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ GUESTS: The base rate covers up to 4 guests. Any additional overnight guests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to a fee of $50 per guest, per day. Undisclosed overnight guests are not allowed.

✹ Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to review and sign the rental agreement prior to check-in. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains important house rules, policies, and the security deposit amount and terms. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.

✹ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit held to cover any accidental damage or missing items during your stay. It will be returned after checkout if there are no damages or missing items.

✹ Cameras: Located on the exterior of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it's typically a quiet environment, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
