This home was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, beds were super comfy, extras such as beach wagon and games came in very handy. Home was super clean. Quiet neighborhood and very quick walk to the beach. Love the area, as the beach is not overly crowded (no high rises) We would definitely stay here again!

I knew before we ever arrived, we had a great host! She replied to the couple of questions we had before arrival very quickly! Upon arrival check in was very clear to us and made arriving super easy! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook which was so nice! (Pans, spices, cups, plates, coffee pots!) There was stuff to take to the beach which the kids loved! I really appreciated having fans to sleep with at night in every room for sound as well! This place was just a quick hop to the beach, and I would highly recommend this home to everyone!! We really loved the location of this rental! The neighborhood was quiet and we loved that it was a short walk to the beach and pool. With children, this was great. Melanie was quick to communicate and we greatly appreciated her flexibility with our check-in! The biggest downfall was the cleanliness of the home. It could definitely use a deep clean- the doors, baseboards, floor corners, bathroom drawers, etc. were very visibly dirty and in need of some TLC. Additionally, the pictures in the listing were not accurate of our experience (furniture downgrades such as the couch). This place has really great potential but it definitely fell short of what we would expect from a listing listed as "immaculate." All in all, we had a wonderful trip and loved the quiet location.
