About this apartment rental
Palermo Hollywood - modern trendy space with big deck above the treetops. Upstairs find one king bedroom w/bath and one queen bedroom w/bath. Main floor has large living space, breakfast bar and modern well equipped kitchen as well as 1/2 bath.
The space
A seasoned traveler once gave me advice about what to look for in travel lodging; a quite apartment with a comfortable bed. This apartment has both--find a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom.
With a separate Air Conditioning in each bedroom and also downstairs your individual comfort is assured.
Guest access
Large two bedroom apartment with a master bedroom equipped with a king size bed and bathroom en suite. Second bedroom has a queen bedroom and a separate full bath. Both bedrooms have 'blackout shades' for the late sleeper.
Downstairs is a bath with wash basin and toilet. Also the kitchen with full size appliances, breakfast bar with bar stools, living room with Smart Television.
Other things to note
Towels and bed linens included. Weekly maid service included.

This beautiful, comfortable condo in the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood was exactly what I wanted for my stay in Buenos Aires. It was more spacious than I expected and accurately matched the description. The location was excellent - just around the corner from several bus routes and between two subway stations - and I felt very safe walking around at night. What made my stay outstanding was my communications with Andrea. She helped put my worries about traveling to a country where I don’t speak/read Spanish at ease. She is fluent in English and is very patient in an answering all questions. She took the time to send a map with nearby grocery stores, convenience shops and laundry facilities on the day of my arrival. She even offered the names of several fabulous restaurants offering parrilla after I requested help. I would not hesitate to book this condo again and fully intend to stay here again on my next visit!

This property was in an excellent location, near restaurant, shops and everything.
The host communicated on a regular basis and kept me informed of anything that was happening in the property.

The apartment was fantastic. Great location. Very spacious. Nicely furnished. Just a great place. I was there for 2 weeks and never felt uncomfortable. The host is terrific. Andrea is super helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. I would stay here again and I would stay longer. Everything you need is close by and taxis/ubers are easy to get. I cannot recommend this place and host highly enough.

Apartment is very nice, just like it appears in the pictures, with a 5th balcony overlooking the street. Excellent communication with Andrea.
