PLEASE NOTE: This unit is ABOVE the local store. With windows open, on a busy night outdoor sounds can be heard and coast breezes can be enjoyed. The loft is set up for adult visitors, stairs are required to enter and exit the loft. There are no on-site toys or children's amenities. Not suitable for children under three years of age. No more than 2 guests are permitted to stay in the loft. There are two loft spaces above the market, please inquire if you are interested in the second unit as well!

Neskowin natural highlights include miles of sand beach, the mystical "Ghost Forest" -- 2000 year old tree stumps visible at low tide. Also, don't forget about Proposal Rock – it's a significant sea stack just off the shore, offering excellent opportunities for stunning photos and exploration.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
