Rating: 9/10 The condominium was very clean, modern appliances, well stocked and a great location. Very good budget value. Nice pool. Parking lot was a little sketchy looking. The place is close to downtown and the Hilo airport. Almost next door is Wailuku River State Park and close to Lili’oukalani Gardens - they make for scenic runs or hikes. Vivian was very quick to respond.

Room is located in a working class apartment/condo complex, with a nice pool and good quality furnishings. It's not fancy, but is centrally located to Hilo and makes a great "base of operations" at a reasonable price. I recommend it for people who want to see the Big Island on a budget.

The host was great. Id question the value of price for location. The parking lot and general was sketchy. This unit has upgraded finishes, countertops, and fixtures. But it had an odd and unpleasant smell. If you were at a hotel you would probably have requested a different room. But not an option in vrbo land.
