About this apartment rental

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located 5 min to Sylvania, & Pacesetter Park. 20 min from Downtown Toledo, situated on a 5 acre parcel offering large pond for swimming & fishing. Total privacy, in garage parking, laundry, gas grill, corn hole boards, 9 hole par 2 golf course, fire ring & firewood, swings, & a fantastic view of the sunsets & star gazing. Multiple parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses with in 30 min, or play our custom 9 hole Par 2 golf course right on site. Pond offer lots of fun paddle boat, zipline, slide, or relaxing on the beach.

What a treat to be able to stay somewhere where you can swim in a pristine pond/lake. Peaceful setting and accomodations. The hosts were super friendly and walked out to meet us when we arrived. We definitely want to stay there again!

We were so impressed with everything about this property…so clean and well maintained. The hosts provided numerous outdoor activities on the grounds and were happy to assist with anything we needed. Their pups were a delight! We look forward to another stay here.

Great place to stay. Beautiful scenery, very well kept. Host was very nice and helpful. The guests house was very nice with added extras to make the stay enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax/ have fun.
