After the parks, relax at the resort-style pool and hot tub, clubhouse and fitness center. Walmart is 5 minutes away, the Premium Outlets 14 and Disney about 17. The Space:

This bright, comfortable townhome sits in the tranquil, family-friendly Lucaya Village Resort. After a day at the parks, relax at the resort's clubhouse and resort-style pool.

Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 8):



• Master suite — King bed, private bathroom



• Bedroom 2 — King bed, shared bathroom



• Bedroom 3 — two Full beds, shared bathroom

The full kitchen is equipped for cooking in (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and more), and there's an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide fresh linens and one bath towel per guest. A welcome kit of starter supplies (soap, paper goods, trash bags, laundry detergent, and a dishwasher pod) gets your stay started; guests restock as needed for longer trips. Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the townhome and to all Lucaya Village Resort amenities, including the resort-style pool and hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, internet café, and playground. Free parking is available.



The Neighborhood:

Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee — 7 miles from Walt Disney World, about 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and central to all of Orlando's attractions. You're 5 minutes from Walmart, ~14 minutes from the Premium Outlets, ~17 minutes from Disney, and ~23 minutes from Universal.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting to the parks, shopping, and dining, and free parking is available at the home. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is widely available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
