Unit 308 features all new furnishings and a comfortable outdoor living area on the balcony that overlooks the pool! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for an amazing stay!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No smoking allowed.
* No parties allowed.
* No pets allowed.
PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Very clean. Tight bedroom, barely any room to get out of bed. Bedroom backed up to elevator and garbage chute. Bathroom fans were extremely loud. Parking space was tight (can't fit large vehicle i.e. large pickup truck) No view of ocean which was disappointing. Would not rebook in the future! This is not based on the property but our personal preferences.
